Maldives.com Highlights
Footprints Kids Club
At Patina Maldives, the Footprints Kids Club is a special and cutting-edge area created to involve young visitors in creative and instructive activities with a focus on sustainability. The club's complete solar powering reflects the resort's environmental sensitivity. Among the many things kids at Footprints may do is use 3D printing and laser cutting to recycle ocean garbage into sculptures. Along with teaching children the value of recycling, this practical method encourages creativity. To encourage healthy eating habits early on, the club also provides cooking workshops where aspiring cooks may learn how to make meals using organic, plant-based, locally produced ingredients. The organisation offers chances for free diving instruction to individuals who are interested in marine life, which helps them better comprehend and value the ocean ecology.
Roots
With an emphasis on sustainability and wellness, Patina Maldives' plant-based restaurant ROOTS provides a distinctive eating experience. The restaurant serves up a range of plant-based meals prepared using locally sourced, fresh ingredients.
Sustainability
Patina Maldives is committed to sustainability and environmental conservation, with a variety of initiatives designed to reduce its environmental impact. The resort uses renewable energy sources, such as solar power, and implements eco-friendly practices in its operations. Guests can participate in conservation programs, such as coral planting and beach cleanups, to contribute to the preservation of the natural environment.
